McDonald's — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I'm very excited you not I past by to herfy because I'm craving to the hamburger of McDonald's and I order large big tasty mushroom after I got my order I notice the mushroom I think 4 or 6pcs only, and after I complain one the representatives come to me and I he ask what is the problem. I said that is the problem he get my order and bring to the kitchen after he comeback he add to much mushrooms and I'm happy but after I eat the mashrom its like a gummy and old mushrooms it's not fresh. Bad experience from Philippines manager I don’t know his name , its first time i had this issue in macdonalds branches , I ordered chipotle mayo cuz the beg mac sauce is not available in the machine so i paid for it and i go to the cashier to replace it cuz its same price 🤣 he said no its not allowed and he didn’t give me any other suggestions or be friendly with me he said you should give me the suggestions!!😂 you are the manager and you’re the one should handling the customer issue not the customer!😂 really very bad experience in this branch its different than...

Nothing impressive and very crowded drive through which me go for dine in. Anyhow, I am rating this branch with 5 stars because of the nice staff. I was served by a super nice Saudi gentleman there, his name is Abu Saeed, Fahad Jafari, he made my night by being super nice and welcoming me with smile and great hospitality.. I was so proud to see such professional Saudi working like if it is his own business and serving the customers like if they were his guests at his home…
