McDonald's — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I recently visited the McDonald's branch and had a disappointing experience. First and foremost, the food was not delicious at all. It lacked flavor and freshness, making it a letdown compared to what I expected.

The service was excruciatingly slow. It took far too long to get our order, and the team seemed disorganized, which only added to the frustration. It felt like they were overwhelmed and unable to handle the crowd efficiently.

Speaking of the atmosphere, it was far from pleasant. The air conditioning was not working, leaving the place uncomfortably warm. To make matters worse, the ice cream we ordered was melting before we even got to enjoy it, and it didn't taste good either.

Additionally, the entrance was a nightmare. There were cars everywhere, and the parking situation was inadequate. It was difficult to find a spot, which only added to the chaos of the visit.

Overall, everything about this branch was disappointing and below the expected standard. I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone looking for a pleasant...

THEY SHOULDN'T INCREASE THE PRICE OF DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER SANDWICH. THEIR SERVICE NOT AS GOOD AS BEFORE MORE LAZY STAFF WHO FORGETS TO ADD STRAW AND KETCHUPS IN YOUR ORDER. I'M DONE WITH MCDONALD.... I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED MANY TIMES IN MCDONALD. ALWAYS I FACE MAIN PROBLEM WHICH IS I ALWAYS TOLD THE CASHIER NOT TO ADD ICE IN MY DRINK BUT I ALWAYS FOUND ICE IN MY DRINK. AND LAST TIME YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING WITH ME I ORDERED 2 DINNER BOX WITH ADVANCE NOTICE NOT TO ADD ICES IN ANY OF 8 DRINKS. BUT AS EXPECTED I RECEIVED IT WITH ICE :( AND WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT IS THIS THEIR FACE BECOME ANGRY AND INSTEAD OF FILLING NEW DRINKS THEY MOVED OUT ALL OF ICES FROM DRINKS BY OPENING THEM ONE BY ONE JUST BECAUSE OF THAT ALL DRINKS TASTE WERE RUINED AND I QUIT MCDONALD NOW. BY THE WAYS THIS HAPPENS WITH ME IN SULAIMANIYAH BRANCH RIYADH..... NOT EVEN ON SANDWICH I FOUND INSIDE WAS WELL PACKED ALL OF THEM ARE RESHAPED AND DAMAGED LIKE THEY SCRAMBLED IT...

Bad service I'm really disappointed with this MacDonald place, i reached to the counter I asked if I can order the employee Andrews me sir you to order from the machine so I asked why I can't order here he convinced me that he need order number from the machine so I went to machine spend some time showing I dont know how to use but no employee came to help !!? Any way I order from machine and press the options of paying on the counter , logically once they call your number you go pay and get your order but no here you need to take the print invoice back to the counter and and pay cash then you will wait for your meal ... What!!? The really bad thing was when some enter while I'm waiting and he ordered from counter and the same employee who said no said yes to him ....... Maybe because the other guy looks...
