McDonald's — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I just want to complain what happen to me for this branch..this is my first time to experience like this from McDonalds I go to kios and take order finish at all I pay from my husband bank and from the bad thing I forget to print the recite.. one of my nationality ask me what is my order.And i told to him I already order I will not take the recite sorry and he go to see my order how come they say to me it's nothing but it's already cut from my husband bank account .how could this happen.But a minutes ago the manager will come and he ask me how much did I pay and what's is my order and he say he will do it again...so i tell to him.. I'm waiting for a long..I'm so upset and ask I will repund my money..but the crew say they do my order..so i say to my self a little more bit time 🙄 and ask again how many people I ask for my stupid order of mine!!! and they say we served to me.....and finally my orders come but some of my orders missing.. my order is big Mac meal in largesize,6 pcs naggets and the missing one is the flurry oreo the small one.i think is 5 each..how come you treat your costumer like this🥹.. it's is a bad...

A disappointing meal, purchased online through Jahez. Twilight order that took place in the North, Al Aarid around the time of Fijr. Couldn’t understand why the McDonalds staff were so aggressive to the driver perhaps they have history but either way the people who suffered from this ultimately came down to the customers… myself and my nephew.

After refusing to talk to us on the phone so that we could understand why the aggression, we eventually received a very cold and very wet meal that you would be too embarrassed and ashamed of yourself to feed to the stray cats...

I don't like fastfood at all. Not really a fan of eating favored cardboard. My kids do for some reason! Not sure about the meals, but I like their ice cream. Ordered a chocolate sundae, it wasn't the first time I have tried it in the past. They gave me a small cup (smaller than their smallest drink; the one for happymeals) and it was halfway filled! Taste still the same, more or less, but quantity isn't at all. To put things in perspective, you eat more ice cream for the cone, costing 1-2 SAR, than from the sundae which I have paid 6 SAR for!!
