I literally had to give zero rating to Mcdonald, we tried different branches,and we were always in a rush that we never checked whether they packed full order or not.it happened again with us,we ordered 2little tasty burgers alongwith 2 grand chicken ....and when we came home and about to eat we found out one little tasty burger is missing again....its my question to Mcdonald that do u think so we have extra money n time n petrol to visit u back n claimed our order....what is this kind of behavior, so annoying....I request to all my brothers n sisters ,do check each n everything before leaving any Mcdonald. We always trust Mcdonald because our kids want that,just imagine that u had appetite and when you came home after facing lot of traffic ,the burger of your child is missing...

While ordering I just raise a concern of the 2 self service screen not working. The staff replied 'There is a message displayed in arabic saying NOT WORKING'. I shared my view suggesting the same to be written in ENGLISH; to which the staff replies 'You are in arab country'. The irony is :- an American brand is suppose to display public notices in arabic only. What kind of hospitality is this? McDonald's to seriously address & combat the shallow mindset...
