While I've always appreciated the comforting and familiar Italian-American fare that Olive Garden offers, this particular branch truly stood out, not just for the delicious food, but for the remarkably warm and attentive service.

From the moment we were seated, the atmosphere was inviting and lively. The aroma of freshly baked breadsticks and simmering sauces filled the air, instantly making my mouth water. We started with the classic Tour of Italy, a perfect sampler showcasing their signature lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken parmigiana. Each dish was executed flawlessly. The lasagna was rich and cheesy, the fettuccine alfredo was creamy and perfectly seasoned, and the chicken parmigiana was tender and coated in a wonderfully tangy marinara sauce. Every bite was a testament to the consistent quality Olive Garden is known for.

However, what truly elevated this dining experience was the exceptional service we received. We were fortunate enough to be attended to by both May and Marie, and their dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was truly remarkable. They were both incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Water glasses were consistently refilled, extra breadsticks appeared as if by magic, and their genuine smiles made us feel truly welcome.

What made the experience even more special was recognizing May! I had previously been a patron of the Olive Garden in Jeddah and vividly remembered her outstanding service there. It was such a pleasant surprise to see her warm and welcoming face again in Riyadh. Marie, working alongside May, was equally wonderful – friendly, efficient, and always ready with a helpful suggestion or a cheerful word.

The long-awaited Olive Garden in Riyadh has arrived, and it was absolutely worth the wait! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family, true to Olive Garden’s famous slogan. In all honesty this branch is hands down the BEST Olive Garden I’ve been too world wide!! They are setting the bar so high and I am so excited that they have opened.

Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was incredibly fast—our food arrived even quicker than at some fast-food spots! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a great meal.

We were warmly greeted by Nora at reception, who made us feel at home right away. The Ramadan Special was an extra treat, as we were offered welcome coffee, Vimto, and dates to break our fast—such a thoughtful touch!

Now, let’s talk about the food—phenomenal! The salad and chicken gnocchi soup were fresh and flavorful. The chicken parmigiana was perfectly crispy and delicious, while the chicken Alfredo was creamy and full of flavor. My daughter absolutely loved it and insisted that we send compliments to the chef!

Food – 4 The menu offers a variety of classic Italian dishes, from hearty pastas to indulgent desserts, all prepared with attention to detail. The unlimited breadsticks and soup/salad combo are standout features that set Olive Garden apart. While most dishes are flavorful and well-executed, there’s room for some recipes to feel more elevated or unique.

The Iftar promo is excellent and affordable however, the roasted chicken has no flavor and tasted like raw. The Mixed grill in screwers looked like did not lived up to its name. I hope they improve their Iftar menu.

Place - 4 The ambiance is welcoming, with cozy lighting and decor that creates a relaxing environment. Whether you're gathering for a celebration or enjoying a casual meal, the space strikes a balance between comfort and elegance. However, during peak hours, the place can feel crowded, and some areas might benefit from updates or a touch of modernity. Location is far from the city center.

Friendly Staff – 5 The staff truly shines here, making guests feel valued and cared for. From attentive servers to the friendly greeting at the entrance, the service feels genuine and accommodating. Lito and Naira made us feel at home and kept asking if we needed anything else.
