Saruja Restaurant — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I recently visited the Sarouja restaurant in Al Rabwa, and I have to say it was a delightful experience. I ordered a mixed grill platter, along with arugula salad, mutabbal, and a pomegranate juice. Despite the restaurant being quite crowded, the staff promptly provided the cutlery and bread, which I appreciated.

The salad and juice were served in no time, followed by the main course at just the right moment, without any delays. The grilled food was incredibly tasty, tender, and prepared with great skill and professionalism. I also ordered some kebab arays and a mixed grilled platter, and everything was simply delicious.

The service was well-organized, and the staff were professional. The dishes were not only tasty but also clean and well-presented. There is free parking available outside the restaurant, which is a plus. The place is spacious, but I recommend making a reservation in advance if you want to dine inside; otherwise, you might have to eat outside, which I do not recommend, especially during the summer.

The environment was neat, the food delicious, and the service quick. I will definitely return to this restaurant whenever I crave delicious...

Great family restaurant with outdoor and gallery seating. Extremely popular with 30-40 mins waiting, but it manages the queue pretty well by giving tokens and keeping outdoor waiting area with comfortable seats for families.

The food is delicious overall, and this is one of those places that can be visited with family regularly.

If I could put no stars I would. Even one star is too much for the service I recieved today. I had a reservation for a table and when I arrived I was seated at a small table, not enough for my group. We were asked to wait for a larger table and when it became available, a different waiter had also assigned it to someone else. After we were seated, with children and a stroller, they made us get up and give the table to a very disrespectful customer. We were asked to wait even longer. We waited more than half an hour past our reservation time. The restarurant manager upstairs did not have eye contact with me while speaking and was very disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location and am very disappointed...
