Fish and More — Restaurant in Shmeisi Municipality

After reading some positive reviews, I decided to give this place a try since I’m a big fan of seafood. Unfortunately, my first visit didn’t quite live up to expectations. The parking was challenging, and the ordering process felt a bit unorganized without a menu. While the pasta and grilled fish were decent, one dish had an unpleasant smell, and the staff’s response to my concern felt dismissive.

That said, I would like to sincerely thank the owner for the professional and thoughtful response to my review. It was clear, respectful, and showed genuine care about customer satisfaction — something I truly appreciate. It’s not often that businesses respond with such humility and generosity.

While I respectfully decline the kind invitation for a complimentary visit, I do recognize the effort to make things right. I’ll certainly consider giving the restaurant another chance in the future, with hopes for a better experience next time.

للأسف تجربتي سيئة جدا رغم حماسي للمطعم من المدح والتقييمات طلبنا من احد تطبيقات التوصيل طلب مجدول بدري لمناسبة عندنا .. طلبنا صينية كبيرة سي باس ل٨ اشخاص وثانية لشخصين وقبل ماأطلب كلمت المطعم أتأكد من بعض التفاصيل لأهمية مناسبتي وقت التوصيل اللي مفترض يوصل المندوب بالوقت اللي كنا ننتظره يجي.. فجأة جاء اشعار من التطبيق انه تم إلغاء الطلب 🙂!! نعم! ضيوفنا ينتظرون العشاء ! كلمناهم واعتذروا ووعدونا يوصل خلال ساعة وفعلا وصل بعد ٥٠ دقيقة تقريبا وكان السمك للأمانة كميته زينة وواضح طازج لكن كان اغلبه مانضج أبداً (لونه وردي ورطب ولازق بالعظم ماقدرنا نفكه) والرز قلييييل مممسوح على الصحن مسح مايكفي أحد كان الوضع محرج جدا خاصة ان طلبي مو قليل وسعره زين بالنهاية تأخر وكان قليل الرز والسمك مانضج راح للبسس بالحارة الله يعز النعمة والحمدلله

*تعديل بعد رد المطعم السمك لم ينضج وماقلت كلمة (دم) مدري من وين جبتوها لكن جزء من السمك "ومو كله " لونه وردي رطب ولازق بالعظم واعتقد مافيه أحد مايفرق بين السمك الناضج والغير ناضج

بالنسبة للرز حتى وان كان الطلب ل ٦ اشخاص والثاني لشخصين الكمية كانت قليلة مذرورة ذر بالصحن ..ممكن تكفي ٦ أطفال ! اما السمك قلت بالتعليق الأول ان كميته زينة وواضح طازج لكن يحتاج طبخ يمكن الأكل بالمطعم ممتاز ماأدري ماجربت لكن التوصيل كانت تجربة غير موفقة للأسف

وأنا أعتقد اني كنت أمينة بتعليقي وذكرت بكل مصداقية المزايا لتقديرها والعيوب لتحسينها والحرص أكثر على طلبات الناس..اتمنى...
