Awaar — Restaurant in Tabuk Province

Upon entering the establishment, I requested a table upstairs and was informed that there would be a 20-minute wait. I agreed to wait downstairs. After approximately five minutes, I noticed that two patrons had finished their meals and left. Shortly thereafter, a woman entered and inquired about a table upstairs. To my surprise, the staff informed her that one was available and seated her immediately.

I approached the waitress to express my concern that I had requested a table prior to this individual, but my concerns were met with a lack of professionalism. Eventually, I was told that table 13 was available upstairs. However, upon arriving at table 13, I discovered that it was still occupied by diners.

The manager later informed us of another available table, but when we were seated, it still had leftover food from previous patrons. While the food appeared promising, the overall service was disappointing and uncoordinated. Based on this experience, I regret to say that I would not consider returning to this establishment...

Yes the food was great but the experience was not good at all. I invited my friends to try in the firsttime the food, when we arrived we sit in an empty space. Then when the waiter is taking our order, 1 of the waiter told us to leave the sit coz its already reserved. Me and my friends are sitting there for 15-20mins then they want us to leave the sit coz its reserved, even there is no signage that it is reserved! Our mood was change, i dont wanna quarrel more we decided to leave the sit but its not right coz we arrived first there and nothing is written that is reserved sit. The man didnt even feel sorry for what he made , all the people are looking at us while he did that! Coz we are not arabs , they did that to us . Its a racism thing .Yes the food is great and good but the approach is bad i hope no one will experience...
