Very disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. I placed an order for delivery and, after waiting 50 minutes with no update, I called to check on the status—only to be told that the burgers hadn’t even been prepared. To make matters worse, the waitress casually asked me to wait another 30 minutes for delivery.

Our first time visiting Grill Factory. I loved the ambience and service. Although the Restaurant is on the VDN and the outdoor setting near the carpark, the way the design and layout it seems like you are forget about the busy-ness of the location. My meal, my drinks and dessert was so full of flavor and delicious. I believe this restaurant will be a regular for my family.
