Churrascaria Brasil — Restaurant in Dakar

This is a great Brazilian restaurant in Dakar. The food is delicious, the servers are kind, and it is worth visiting. When you go in, you sit, make a drink order and then go get your sides from the buffet. Servers will come around with meats - beef, chicken, pork and mutton- and slice you off a piece and you grab it with the tongs. At the end of the meal, the servers bring you delicious slices of cooked and seasoned pineapple. 😍 so delicious. I went here a lot in 2012. It is still just as good. A classic.

I love this place! I come here quite often on date nights. The salad bar has great options, so even if your not a big meat lover you can still have some tasty side dishes fresh crepes and fresh custom made pasta. Now, if you're here for the meat you will not be disappointed. Truly tasty and unlimited different cuts of meat. The staff is really nice, and it'll costs you less than 10.000 per person. Definetly make reservations or come early on weekends....

I had dinner tonight with my family and although excited at first, I was extremely disappointed.

The buffet and flan are reasonable, but the quality and variety of the meats are really low. The waiters were not reactive and had trouble serving meat that was well cooked.

It took me close to 30 minutes waiting for any such meat, which never came. The waiters claimed that there was a problem with the oven, but then in this case. don't impose this to the clients.

I strongly advise against going to this place until they get their act together. Do yourself a favor. 👎👎👎 ‐------

Extrêmement déçu par le service et la qualité de la nourriture. Tous les morceaux de viande étaient de faible qualité et à peine cuits.

Notre serveur a d'abord tenté de nous expliquer que la viande devait être à peine cuite pour faire ressortir les vitamines 🤯, avant d'avouer qu'ils avaient un problème avec leur four (fâcheux pour une steak house!). Ils s'empressent de débarrasser les plats même si on n'a pas encore fini de dîner.

Les serveurs ont mis plus de 30 minutes pour nous servir de la viande bien cuite si bien qu'on a dû quitter sans en avoir.

Le meilleur conseil que je puisse donner est d'aller manger ailleurs. Déception...
