Le personnel était très gentils. On a aimé les plats commandés. La propriétaire est mal élevée et nous a manqué de respect. Si on avait pas déjà commander on serait parti. Elle nous a accosté pour nous dire que les transats étaient 5000f par personne, mais c’est comme si elle pensait qu’on allait pas payer. Elle nous a adressé avec suffisance et impolitesse. Et aussitôt je me suis poser la question à savoir si c’était parce qu’on est noire! Notez bien que la serveuse, Satou, nous a déjà expliqué auparavant avec politesse, et bien qu’on ai trouvé chère de payer ce supplément en plus de la commande on a accepté. La propriétaire s’est disputée avec nous comme si on était pas des clients payant!!! Malgré l’ambiance serein de la plage (avec la perturbation de cette dame) je ne mettrais plus les pieds là-bas. J’ai inclus les photos de nos petites cases trouées qu’elle a prétexté comme raison du supplément… l’entretien des lieux dit-elle. On était déjà assis, on avait déjà mangé et on avait déjà discuté avec Satou quand vous nous avez accosté!!! Alors on avait déjà accepté de payer le prix des transats!! On vous a JAMAIS demandé de faveurs ou de remise!!! JAMAIS. Je vous ai juste dit que c’était cher, on a même pas discuté avec vous là dessus! Alors j’ajoute malhonnêteté à la liste!!!

Update: We went back for a Friday afternoon lunch. The restaurant was empty but the food came out very well. I’ve added updated photos. . The food was surprisingly good here. We had the local steak and gambas with sautéed vegetables. I would return for the food. They also offer beach chairs/umbrellas for rent, but the cost is 5000CFA per person, which is a bit steep, especially if you’re already buying food and drinks.

Great food! Modern cute decor! Although a few 86s! But will come back to try the grillades and the deserts! The bissap juice was not very sweet or minty and there was no music last night. The waitress was super friendly and accommodating! I recommend the Pavet boeuf which comes with the most delicious peppercorn sauce ever! Accompanied with sweet potato fires hmm salivating! ❤️

Update: We went back for a Friday afternoon lunch. The restaurant was empty but the food came out very well. I’ve added updated photos. . The food was surprisingly good here. We had the local steak and gambas with sautéed vegetables. I would return for the food. They also offer beach chairs/umbrellas for rent, but the cost is 5000CFA per person, which is a bit steep, especially if you’re already buying food and drinks.

Great food! Modern cute decor! Although a few 86s! But will come back to try the grillades and the deserts! The bissap juice was not very sweet or minty and there was no music last night. Would not recommend and won’t be returning- not family friendly! We were a group of 20 adults and 8 babies for a Sunday afternoon. We were relaxing, and drinking and eating from the restaurant in the outdoor section. The manager/owner came out and yelled at us saying we weren’t allowed to have playmats out for the babies, we could only have them on sun loungers or directly under the sun on the public beach. She was so rude, and ridiculous and ruined the experience. This is the 1st time we’ve ever encountered this from any beach restaurant in Almadies, Ngor, or Virage. Will never go back. Literally any other restaurant is better...

The place is nice, but they charged me 10 USD for the use of the beach chair that NO ONE inform me in advance. Totally scam !!! At least inform the clients about that and let them decide if they want to stay or not, but scamming people is unacceptable. They told me that there is a sign, that I clearly didn’t see. And that all they did. Honestly disappointed. They know I’m a foreigner and they took advantage of me. There was literally no one else in the place, so they are living out a couple of tourist like me that just go visit and...

Near the sea, well decorated but very very expensive. You will even pay for your transat lol. And staff is not friendly at all Following my contribution, the owner responded saying that the restaurant does not correspond to my pocket. What does this mean? That your pocket must be extremely heavy to be able to frequent this restaurant. He certainly has not seen my profile. Humbly, I will tell him that I have visited such different and wonderful places with polite and professional owner...
