SYMPHONIC RESTAURANT LOUNGE — Restaurant in Dakar

I tried this place once and really liked it. My husband and I really enjoyed the service and the food because the owner was so welcoming. We’ve ordered from this place a few times after that and unfortunately we kept having issues. Every time we have an issue, the owner was traveling. Our food either comes burnt, tasteless or they give us the incorrect order. Today is the last time, we ordered chicken and the ticket said chicken but received dibi viande. My husband had to drive all the way back there and wait for them to prepare the correct food. If this was the first time maybe I can understand but this has happened more than once. We will no longer be a customers but I hope the owner (who is a really nice guy) sees this and addresses his staff. There is no reason for a pizza order to take 2 hours...

Symphonie_Loung_Restaurant c'est le coin branché pour toute personnes qui vient à Dakar. Bonne bouffe , cocktails au top, ambiance entrainante. Je recommande fortement👌🏾nombreuses vidéos sur les réseaux sociaux et je ne suis absolument pas déçu par le cadre avec une bonne ambiance générale. Lieu idéal pour des sorties entre amis ou en amoureux, 😍 Nous avons été bien accueilli, serveurs souriants et disponibles. Au niveau de la carte y’avait assez de choix, pour ma part mon choix s’est porté sur la grillade de thiof avec comme accompagnement Athiéké et un grand thiof qui manquait pas d’assaisonnement, . Le cocktail🍹était excellent. J’y retournerai pour le cadre et leur plaisir du bon goût pourquoi pas aussi un verre .
