Greetings! Place looks nice a bit too crowded but that is nothing out of the ordinary, we were dissatisfied with staff and the time it takes for orders to come out. Staff were not rude, but we ordered 2 soups which we waited for about an hour and a half, after asking the staff 2 times if they had forgotten about the order they simply replied I will go check and did bother to come and say a word afterwards, while people who were arriving 40 minutes later than us were getting served their orders. After that one and a half hour passed we simply decided to cancel our order and left, 30 minutes later our friends call us that our soups have arrived and they needed to pay them. It's understandable when there are too many people there will be chaos and you may wait your order longer then you expect. What's definitely not good is waiters including "tips" into amount to pay (about 20% in our case). I wonder if it's only for foreigners or not. I guess local people will quickly recognize that "повраћај" in the bill is not a tip, it's a change. I don't mind leaving a tip, I usually do so, yet in this case I really feel like I was fooled. Avoid at all cost. Service level could not be worse. 10 of us sat at the table and waited for 10 minutes, just to learn that the table was for LUNCH only. No signs on the table, no warning by the staff and when we asked to seve us the drinks and find us another table, they practically refused to do so.
