Although, if you're a vegetarian or a vegan, this is not a place for you, since Serbian traditional cuisine includes a wealth of meaty goodness. In addition to the ye olde traditional Serbian wooden aesthetic, the place is also decorated with fascinating murals depicting the Serbian countryside to complement the sentiment of the establishment. Following up on the aesthetic, the service is also appropriately polite and affable, at the ready to answer any and all questions. The restaurant is situated in an inconspicuous place, away from the city's centre, by the architecturally fascinating Eastern Gate of Belgrade, a trio of brutalist skyscrapers dating from the country's communist era, which are themselves worth exploring. Konbar ne zna da kaže izvolite, ne zna da se osmehne, ne zanima ga da raskloni sto, nadmen, drzak, bezobrazan, spušta čaše sa pićima toliko jako i toliko lupa da smo samo čekali kada će neka čaša pući.
