Ambassador house — Restaurant in City of Kragujevac

Food: veal soup was delivered swiftly, it was hot as it should be. Could be prepared with a bit more vegetables, like carrots and potatoes.

Pasta zaferrano gamberi was also very nice, pasta itself was al dente, gamberi were firm - both perfect. What I didn't like were the dried mushrooms, also part of the dish. There were too many of them and have affected the taste of the dish in a negative way, because their taste was colliding with the taste of gamberi. The dish would have been better without them.

Drink: a glass of house wine was a nice choice that went well with the food. Of course, there are other possibilities, you can also get a 30 yo rakija. Rather don't ask for the price.

Dessert was a pistachio cake, a bit dull at the beginning, but became better with each byte, especially after the pistachio cream taste was mixed with the mince leaf added on top.

Service: very fast and friendly. Maybe almost too friendly towards the end...

Atmosphere: sitting options were not my choice, but still acceptable. Toilet condition could be improved...

The appearance of the restaurant is nice, and the menu looks interesting, but the execution in preparing the food is terrible, and the quality of the food isn't much better. We tried multiple small and large plates, and all were subpar. For the price, it's not worth it. The service was also lacking. It was often difficult to get attention, food and drink delivery was very slow (maybe also due to the kitchen and bar), and knowledge of the offerings was limited. We were hoping for an above-average experience with something other than the typical Serbian food, but this was a disappointment and we were sorry we went.

I am not usually into leaving reviews, especially bad ones, but this just ruined my day. I’ve been on clinic in Kragujevac, (feeling well and hungry and in the mood for everything to eat) and I just felt that I need a good quality food, and decided to try Ambassador (photos of the food were amazing and food ingrediants seemed interesting), I ordered 4 things on the many, 2 salad, rizhoto and a pie. it was all so tasteless and not fresh at all, they wanted innovations and modern cuisine but unfortunately You ll be disappointed.
