Bermet villa — Restaurant in Sremski Karlovci Municipality

An extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant experience! Firstly, it was such a hot day (close to 40degrees) and they did not provide fans that spray water to everyone - only those dining (half of the tables were empty in this area). Well, I won’t be back to dine for sure because I do not appreciate preferential treatment. Ugliest idea I have seen in a loooong time - How creative! The next wonderful surprise was the waiter, who did not bring me the bill when I asked and completely disregarded my request… So I went to pay and a young lady did not want to give me back the change… She thought she should get free money just for charging me- where do I sign up for this, too? I generally earn my money by working with people, not demanding, not talking down to them… so the entitled attitude was a huge surprise for me! I might try it myself one day… if I ever get that bored! I generally do not pay people just because because no one pays me just because! I found the service offered was absolutely disgusting, arrogant, rude, more entitled than I have seen in any country and place I ever have been to and the mineral water salty. The lemongrass Romerquelle had no taste either… I would like to congratulate the young lady who awarded herself a tip she did not earn nor deserve, and I wish could offer something positive to such people and businesses, but given I paid to be treated rudely, the only thing I can think of is: Good...

We were very attracted by the restaurant, nice atmosphere and kind service BUT when we ordered food the waiter decided to remove one of the things and order for us something completely different. We spend an hour waiting for the food to come till we weren’t even hungry. When the food came it turned out that the waiter had chosen for us the biggest and most expensive portions after we agreed with him we want to get a mixed plate with different meat just to try a bit of everything . But not 3 big different portions combined into 1 that we didn’t managed to eat even 1/4 of it. The tent fell on my head, because their tents aren’t sticked firmly. Also the tent bent my sunglasses. We couldn’t negotiate with managers, they didn’t want to redeem my damaged property and started yelling at me (both fat man and manager) I called the police. I still don’t know whether I’m injured. So all them told me that it was just the wind and not their fault. This tent could fall on my wife and it would definitely injured her. I guess in this case they will say the same.
