We wanted to book a table for our last night’s stay. We first tried with the live agent, who transferred the chat to the restaurant. Although our booking request was crystal clear (number of people, time, and name), they asked us to send an email instead. The staff responding to the request were not friendly—it felt as though we were bothering them.
We then went to the hotel directly. After a long wait, we were again asked to send an email, which still would not guarantee us a table.
