The only things going for this hotel are the view, the mostly present wifi and electricity back up. Don't bother with anything else. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who understands what is good for them. See attached pictures of guest bathroom on the morning I was checking out, completely trashed while staff scroll the internet at front desk. Cleaners routinely forget to replenish supplies in the room and even when you ask, staff tend to ignore you unless you stand at reception and wait for the supply. Argumentative front desk staff who also called me at 3:30am asking whether I was checking out! One morning, front desk staff was wearing it appears pyjamas complete with headscarf; one cleaner at the breakfast room was wearing a dirty black rock band branded T-shirt while cleaning. Food at breakfast was routinely subpar: an example is the daily one saucer of fruit for 30 guests to share. Mosquitoes in the room which got in while cleaners were cleaning led to very uncomfortable nights especially since no nets or sprays are provided. I could go on and on but the point, in short is...please avoid this place....

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were eager to assist me with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my room.

Speaking of the room, I was impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the pillows and linens were of high quality. The room was also well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. There were fresh fruits and pastries, eggs and bacon, and even made-to-order omelets. The coffee was excellent, too!

Throughout my stay, I found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and...

Serra Palms Hotel, was our home away from home for 3months. From the GM Nitin Ghugo, who facilitated our stay, nothing was to much effort from Nitin. House Keeping ensured our rooms where well stocked with water tea & coffee, and they ensured our laundry was taken care of and returned the same day, and the rooms were spotless. The Restaurant staff, were tentative and ensured we were well looked after. Only complaint, was the menu got very tired after the first month. Sunil the Restaurant Manager, each day would ask us what we wanted for dinner and cook meals for us, which was a huge bonus, when he realised the menu was becoming boring.|The Admin staff at the Reception to Finance, catered for our requests with no hesitation. |The Pool staff were excellent a great team who put our needs first|To the Hotels GM Mr Nitin, thank you too your staff and yourself for a wonderful experience, your hotel has earned our returned business, as we now will be in residence for the rest of the year...

Nice place to be with very friendly and cordial people to serve you . Got a very good rate after talking to the manager. Great place to enjoy in Sierra Leone 🇸🇱. With rooms having either the beach view or the swamps view , you can have a spectacular view both during the day and night . Swamps view rooms have lower rates , but you have the opportunity to view the low and high tides of the swamps as they are slowly filled and emptied with the sea water . Even though time Zone in Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 is gmt, sunrise 🌄 and sunset 🌅 is mostly after 6:30am and 6:30 pm with the possibility of you seeing sunlight at almost 7pm . Beach view rooms gives you some very nice sea breeze , with a balcony for relaxation . Night life along the beach is mostly filled with entertainment activities and you’d be happy 😊 you stayed here .

The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming. Reception staff are very welcoming and will do their very best to make you feel comfortable and happy especially Yunus and Juliet...(The hotel are lucky to have them as representatives). The rooms are well kept with just a few glitches that can be rectified such as towels. Compliments to the chief for the lobster meal I ordered yesterday...delicious 😋 Need to do more with the salad though...would prefer fresh salads. Breakfast is included in the room price but things such as bread, croissants, donuts and salad fillings need need to be served fresh. Hotel also has a big swimming pool but I haven't used it. All in all...ok hotel for short stays.
