Burger Geprek

1* review as of June 22 a pseudo night bazar burger stall. food is trash and expensive. even more expensive if you order through food delivery app. their counter staff is a rude lady who is just plain rude & racist. she looks like she's on her period 24/7. no customer service ethics at all. horrible waiting time. you ask her to check your order and she will bark at you to wait. yes she barks. the staff smokes while preparing food inside the kitchen (including the rude lady) and doesn't even don any hygiene PPE (masks, gloves, hair-net etc) eat their food at your own risk.

UPDATE July 22 : The rude lady is no longer there and the current staff line up is a friendly & helpful bunch. waiting time significantly reduced and improvement to the food taste. this takeaway joint now serves decent food but the price is still exorbitant....

Awful service with little effort of being courteous.

Placed an order with a staff that seemed to be free, but the lady at the counter started uttering, “Am I invisible? I’m supposed to take orders. What? Am I not here? Can’t people wait.” Stood there for two minutes, and she hasn’t said anything. So I approached another staff.

If she had seen me, it would have only taken her a second to tell me to wait a moment. Very unprofessional. Even if you felt mistreated by a customer, you keep it to yourself first and not utter your grievances in front of a customer.

Food was okay. Sauce is a bit too much...

A simple burger for those late nights. Skip McDonald's and head over this place. Burger is very beautiful and well executed. I can't say that it's a pasar malam burger because they are thin. I can't say that they are as good as 5 guys. Simply unique. I will highly recommend if you want to support a local business that puts heart, sweat and tears into their craft, this place is it.

When you bite into the burger, you'll be transported back to the early 90's where you're holding your dad's hand in the pasar malam, trying a burger for the first time with arcade sounds barring in the background.
