disrespectful malay makcik wearing headscarf working at night on 8 march in the kitchen slammed and threw my box of chicken on the counter for no reason. face looks unhappy like i owe her, has an attitude and no 'thank you's either, clearly she doesn't belong in the service line. should educate her first about customer service and basic respect before working in the fnb line as it is not an easy industry for just anyone to work in.

4fingers better do something about this woman and her attitude. if she can do that to one person, she can do alot worse to others and eventually lead to a bad reputation. it's these kind of people that ruins everything good. you'd expect attitude from youngsters, but not matured people, which she is clearly not.
