During our recent trip to Singapore, my family and I discovered Bangla Bondhu, a Bengali cloud kitchen that profoundly touched our hearts. Their food wasn't just delicious; it was a comforting taste of home, filled with love and memories.

From our first order, it was clear that Bangla Bondhu was special. The Chicken Kathi Roll and Double Egg Kathi Roll transported us back to the bustling streets of Kolkata. The rolls were perfectly crafted, filled with succulent chicken, and cooked with care. My 7-year-old loved the Chicken Kathi Roll so much that he had it every day for four days straight, his face lighting up with joy each time.

The Kosha Mangsho, a rich mutton curry, and the soul-soothing Dimer Kalia egg curry, brought back nostalgic memories of festive feasts and family gatherings. The Jhalmuri, a quintessential Bengali street snack, was spot on, with the perfect mix of puffed rice, spices, and mustard oil, bringing cherished memories to life.

The incredible food was complemented by the outstanding service from Archana and Sushant. Their dedication and passion for making each meal special were evident in every bite. They went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable, adding a personal touch that made us feel truly valued. Each meal was crafted with love and care, turning our stay in Singapore into a beautiful tapestry of delightful culinary memories.

Bangla Bondhu’s commitment to authenticity and quality is extraordinary. Their food creates an emotional experience that resonates deep within the heart. If you’re in Singapore craving a taste of Bengal, I cannot recommend Bangla Bondhu enough.

I have been ordering Bengali food from Bangla Bondhu since last 7-8 months . While at the start their food tasted good and very authentic I have observed changed in the quality of food delivered in the last 3 months . Overall their food is tasty and has the authentic taste , but I have had some bad experiences more than 3 times and hence I decided to revise the review I have originally provided. Lately I have noticed the quality of food has gone down ( e.g. chicken in the curry is not tender and juicy instead its hard and dry ). The tikona parathas once received was not prepared in ghee as promised instead was rubbery , hard and seemed to be prepared in used smelly oil . I was of course compensated , however the last experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth . Just two days ago I had guests and I ordered chicken biryani for lunch , when I received the biryani and my guests started having , we discovered the biryani has started going stale ( the potatoes tasted stale and had an odour , the rice at the bottom of the container had turned sticky). I was offered refund for both biryani's however it left me wondering if I was provided left over biryani of 2-3 days before ? How can the biryani go stale if prepared fresh since I have told the food is always prepared in...

We had ordered food from Bangla Bondhu on 17th Feb, Friday, for dinner. It was our (rather late) Valentine's Day celebrations. And hubby dearest is a hardcore Bong Cuisine Fan.

The food was really yum. We had ordered Shorshey Fish Alur Dum Alu Juri Bhaja Chicken Kathi Rolls Amer Chutney Tomato Chutney And Nolen Gur Payesh

Kathi Rolls, Dum Alu was as authentic n yum as it could get. The Alu juri bhaja was perfectly crispy. Nolen Gur Payesh was like straight from the heavens above. The fish curry was also delicious.

The only drawback, if I may. Kindly try to give more curry in the fish. It was kind of insufficient with the rice. It was yum, no doubt, but a little bit more curry would have been the perfect quantity.

And TBH ... We did not like the chutneys. Too sweet. We were expecting something sour spicy combination.

But there was nothing, that would make me second guess, while ordering again, from here.

Even the delivery was completely hassle free. The food arrived bang on time. We were co-ordinating with Ms. Archana, on whatsapp who was really very friendly and customer oriented.
