Ordered via Grab. Estimated 50 minutes delivery. 80 minutes later, no updates, nothing. Called Grab, said there was nothing they could do (so why are they allowing Domino's to use their platform?). Fine, tried contacting restaurant. Line busy for ten minutes and counting. Still no update on my order.
So are your customers just going to wait and starve? Reading all the other reviews of super late deliveries and poor customer service, and now I regret patronising this outlet. Standard PR answers as well. "Please fill in the feedback form and we will get back to you" so I'm supposed to waste more effort? And for what? A "sorry, we'll do better"?
Similar reviews have been posted months back, meaning you haven't done anything to rectify this at all. Horrible customer service, even cancelling my order is a hassle. You deserve 0 stars, if anything.

Read moreExtremely disappointed with my recent experience at Domino's Elias Mall. Despite being promised a refund since 7 Mar 2024, it still hasn't been received till today 29 March 2024. I walked to the shop after an hour waiting at home. About 20 mins walked. The service at the shop was appalling; one of the staff showed little interest, and even speaking to the manager on the phone keep saying on the way, yielded no improvement. When the delivery sent finally arrived after an hour and twenty minutes at my place, omg, my walj to here only 20minutes, but the delievry needed so long. The pizza came was cold, soggy, and inedible. As a loyal customer who frequently orders from Domino's and recommends it to colleagues at Changi, this experience was unacceptable. I hope this feedback helps improve the service and quality at this location. I am still waiting for the refund as agreed. But if you don't feel like refund, don't empty over promise your client. Another hour later, driver dumped the pizza on my doorstep and I was charged. Called the outlet and they said to write in to customer service, nothing they can do. Sure, so convenient for you guys to just cheat money off customers, right?
If you guys can’t manage a business or simple orders and requests, just shut down instead of pissing your customers off. Heard so much bad feedback about this outlet, but was desperate and took a chance that day. Guess it’s better to trust the bad reviews.
P.S. Standard useless reply from Domino’s below. I have already written twice to your feedback form for my refund. I wouldn’t have posted this review if you guys had bothered replying. Why don’t you solve actual problems instead of your no-help...
