came to break fast with 2 friends on a WEEKDAY at the famous enak enak ecp. not much of a crowd, still many empty tables. we even book a table in advance.
we scan the QR code and ordered our food at 7.15pm. first drink came at 7.30pm, after that another other 2 drinks came at 7.40pm. simple drinks mind u, not complicated types.
we waited till 8pm befo asking the guy where our food was as its been 45mins, guy said the food went to the wrong table??? each table is already marked with a number?? whats the point of the fixed QR code then?
nvm its ok. it was fasting month so sabr. allah say mus be patient and understanding if not cannot go syurga.
we told the guy can jus check for the food. guy said sorry sorry 5 to 10 min wait, first food finally came at 8.15 ( tom yum noodle soup) than waited for until 8.35pm before asking another guy where 2 left meals were at?? he said sorry sorry 5-10 min. finally last 2 meal (both beef fried rice) came at 8.45pm.
by the time i had already lost my appetite after almost waiting for 1 HOUR N 30 MINS during ramadan. but its ok sabr je lah.
kudos to the chinese waiter who tried his best.
moral of the story. if ENAK ENAK staff say 5-10 mins, they actually mean 5-10 working days. food is overpriced for...

Another family came and was immediately approached by one of your staff to get their orders. Their drinks came and another 10 minutes later their food came. All happened AFTER 45 MINUTES AND YET NOTHING WAS ON OUR TABLE!!
Spoke to one of your staff and was told that they are still preparing for some reason.
Our drinks then finally came but AFTER 1 HOUR STILL NO FOOD. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SERVICE????
This is by far the worst experience Iāve had honestly. How could they not see that we had waited for so long with nothing on our table and just approach us or something. Really not worth to dine for this kind of price range.

Secondly, my food was served very bad. Bought a bee Hoon Hong Kong. And I can tell that they just serve one whole bunch of bee Hoon which is already soaked, and just pour the gravy on top of it. Please la. The whole bunch of bee Hoon is too much to fit in my pot than the gravy. Yall just squeeze in it !! So disgusting. And the dumpling was served hard instead of soft....
