This food hall seems to have some connection with celebrity chef Eric Teo as his photo was flashing on their screens. Was told by the staff that the QR code for menu items are outdated so no chicken chop. Got flies around even though it's a food hall inside the hospital. Their AI payment system recognised my complimentary soup that came with my chicken noodle as a chargeable item so cashier has to do manual charging. There is no item called gyoza in their payment system so the staff entered Mee Siam/Mee Rebus as price is the same. The signboard says pan fried gyoza but the staff dipped them into deep fry basket haha. Foodwise not bad though, maybe recipe from Eric Teo. Nice...

Stood in what I thought was a line (there are three counters, so three lines yeah?) and waited to be served by the staff, only to have some lady blatantly cut in front of me. Staff behind the counter saw this and ignored it like i wasnt standing there for the last 5 minutes patiently waiting.
Food options also seems quite limited and unhealthy? Which seems counter intuitive since this is a medical center. Would it kill you to have some healthier food choices in the building?

Service, manners and friendliness of the staff and cashier is worst than neighborhood coffeeshop. Some tables were dirty and not regularly cleaned. And this is in a hospital.
