Always come here with my family, the owners are super friendly & nice! 🏡👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 More people should come here!!!!!!!!!!!! ^~^ Their assam fish & sambal sauce are super good too!!!

22 April 2023: Took away the Dang Gui Sashimi Grade Salmon Soup. Think it is a new item on the menu. It was very norishing and filled with a lot of salmon! 🥰 but I found the soup a little too herbal-tasting for me- it wasn’t bad! Just wished there wasn’t an herbal touch to it as it’s my personal preference.

🕰 Good things are worth waiting because my husband & I waited thirty minutes for our lunch during 1pm peak hours but we enjoyed every bites of our food in this one-man-show cash-only or FavePay tiny three-months old cafe which sits barely twenty customers at ten tables indoor & eight outdoor non-smoking 🚭

1.) 🐓 D’cheesy Chicken S$10.90 can taste aromatic herbs 🌿 Wedges seems to be made from fresh potatoes not frozen instant packets 🥔 Salad served on the side ain’t drenched in dressing to hide any unpleasant details

2.) add S$5.90 to any main course to make it a set for: i Soup-of-the-day (U.P. S$3.90), delicious garlicky chunky mushroom cream served with an even more awesome crispy garlic bread (how lovely the sound hearing the customers sitting around Ü biting into it while smelling the aroma), ii & either a choice of any coffee or a scoop of ice-cream 🍨 Our choice of iced cappuccino (U.P. S$4.90) is rich & creamy ☕️

Tucked away in the less busy part of AMK, this little cafe has proven to be a favourite with my family. The food is tasty and at reasonable prices too. Tried their Grillhood creamy pasta, buffalo wings, pork collar (special), quesadilla, burgers and waffles with ice cream. The creamy pasta was tasty and better than some cafes we’ve tried. Buffalo wings were covered in yummy sweet spicy sauce (not the usual buffalo wings sauce but was still good)- the chicken was moist and tender on the inside. Quesadilla had delicious, yummy filling and the portion was of a decent size. The burgers according to my husband and millennial daughter were above average. Buns were soft and meat was tender and tasty. The mushroom soup was excellently made- it would compete with any restaurant. No starchy just thick and heavenly. The waffle was the highlight with 2 generous scoops of ice cream. We been to the cafe 3 times within a week so you can imagine what we think of the food. This will be my favourite haunt for now.
