I had a fantastic experience collaborating with Quan Shui Wet Market for my colleague’s birthday! Since my colleague loves lor mai gai but isn’t a fan of cake, I reached out to several dim sum places to see if they could custom-make a lor mai gai cake. Quan Shui Wet Market was the only one that responded—and they went above and beyond! Not only did they deliver the cake, but they also beautifully plated it for us on the day of the celebration. The lor mai gai and siew mai was absolutely delicious. I truly appreciate their effort, responsiveness, and dedication to making this special request happen....

Cutest shop, very helpful + super friendly staff (I’m American so they explain everything to me and what I need to know about a product, what to pair it with, how to prepare it etc…) A few times I’ve watched a recipe on their Instagram and run in for instruction + ingredients and it’s always a hit w the family. The meat + produce selection is super fresh and high quality and their local pre-made frozen items are amazing 🙌🏻 Our favourite market in Singapore, highly recommend especially if you’re trying to branch out and cook new Asian dishes or just buy the pre-made items for a fun food...

High quality fresh produce that’s well packed, organised and priced. Was excited to check out their new store at Tagore Lane after trying their fresh pork and frozen dim sum set previously. Happy to see other items worth getting like an assortment of dumplings, meats and veggies too. They were so generous with the goodie bags full of high value items that I’ve enjoyed cooking with.
