Great style to make delicious ban mian by this store. They sell different types of hand made noodles ranging from traditional ban mien, slice fish, mala or tomyam soup base.
A wonderful team to quickly cook each orders to different customers. So waiting time will not be so long.
Customers will have options using plastic bag for take away without charge. Plastic containers option will be chargeable. Alot of regular customers bring their own food containers which the store is willing to accommodate.
The tomyam ban mien is consisted of the usual ban mien ingredients except the soup base is tonyam. The spiciness is acceptable and not overpowering.

Read moreI have only tried the dried noodles (ban mian/U mian/mee hoon kway) here; and I must say that I prefer their U mian!
Theirs is a dark sauce base which can get a little overwhelming towards the end but you can always add in some soup to dilute the flavours. The soup on its own is good, there’s bits of egg and has flavour.
Portion is decent, comes with bits of meat, sliced pork and an egg. You can help yourself to the chili on the counter which I think is not bad too!

They have 锅贴(fried dumplings) in small portion of 6 pcs which is good for single diner as an add-on but sadly I don't like it as it was full of chives and could hardly taste any meat in it.
