14.07.23 If the food is good, thereās sure to be a return of customer. If I like the food, Iām sure to return to eat/dabao. So here I was again in less than a month. @KIN HOI Holland Close I kiasu online ordered on mon, pick up this afternoon at 12.15pm.
Tasty Tanghoon still in my list So itās the melting beef! Why ? Becos they were good n still good with the Dabao.
Crabmeat fried rice - Got good wok hey! Wonder what kind of wok they used in the small kitchen that produces wok hey! Ha, itās the chef la! This will be in my must order list. Will try seafood fried rice too for the next round
Double fried pork - Not really to my fancy..
Kangkong- I guess vegetable will be better if eaten on-site. After a short while back home to eat it turned a bit yellowish, well not so fresh le.
Mango salad is good. I guess the papaya salad which we ate on the 28/06, was the type without sugar without peanuts n I was ranting that the salad tasted no good! My bad!
On a side note, I was in a hurry and I picked up the 2 bags instead of my one bag. Paiseh, Daniel ( owner) came after me n told me that I had taken the 2 bags !! Felt so malu! On the parking note, lots r very limited just behind the HDB block. Well there maybe other lots further down.

Minced Pork Omelette - Crispily fried! Not feeling jelak despite its on the greasy side. (Maybe the portion just nice for the 4 of us)
Plain Tanghoon - The name itself didnāt justify the tasty Tanghoon. The name of the dish can be Tasty Tanghoon!
Papaya Salad- Well this is the only dish which I didnāt really like. Thereās no peanuts, not sweet at all, only spicy taste, quite different from the typical I tried locally n in Thailand.

I paid for my purchases via ShopBack & requested the staff whether I could redeem a Kin Hoi voucher for the purchase. The staff was dismissive & made no attempt to help me to expedite this. The redemption amount was not high & I chose not to pursue it at that point but sadly, the experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Clearly, my business was not valued so I will need to think long & hard as to whether to make another purchase there. Which is a pity as the food is good, but I do feel the need to make a point that customer service is as important whether dine-in or takeaway.

Your staff did inform to use the app, & I duly did so. However, there was NO follow through on how to redeem the voucher during the process. I highlight this so that you & your team can do better.
