The taste of the soup reminds me of the beef noodle soup of my childhood. Flavourful but not too thick nor salty. The thin kway tiao is also thin and slky smooth. But the beef came only in small pieces at $5 for a small bowl ($7 large) didnt seem reasonable. With only two persons in front of me ordering 4 bowls, it was a good 15mins wait for me.
