Tucked inside the Civil Service Club, they offer 80 types of instant noodles with rare ones such as salted egg and bulgogi ramen. They’ve more than 60 toppings to choose from, including beef shabu, gyoza and harajuku egg 👏 We loved the gamified theme and the neon lights with great choice of music which amplified the fun, it was really like a club with wholesome vibes!
I picked a shoyu ramen I’ve never seen before, which tasted soy-sauce based with chicken flavour, a comforting soup option. My fav ingredients were the salmon slices and tioman fish, my friend liked the otah fishcake as well. We enjoyed the whole new experience of selecting our noodles, ingredients and cooking them, I’ve never felt more involved in making my own food 😆

Read moreIntrigued by the concept of a DIY ramen bar I first encountered at Lotte Food Alley in Jakarta, I decided to check out Midnight Noodle Club at the Civil Service Club in Farrer Park—and it didn’t disappoint. Offering a staggering selection of over 80 instant noodle varieties and more than 60 toppings, the experience is fully self-service. You pick your noodles, pile on ingredients ranging from humble sausages and vegetables to luxe additions like prawns and beef shabu, then cook it all using an automated timer system. The neon-lit, gamified interior adds a playful, almost futuristic twist to the humble supper ritual. For best results, stop the timer just a bit early for that ideal al dente bite. Overall, it’s a clever, convenience-driven take on instant noodles—elevated, fun, and...
