Ordinary Burgers — Restaurant in Singapore

i took the delivery orders from this outlet sunplaza around 1230pm. about two walk in customers and one grab rider and me (foodpanda) was waiting for orders at that moment. i was there and witness that the staff was talking to each others non stop, work very sloppy.( slowly) they are not friendly to customers nor delivery riders( never hear a thank you at all). one of the order is ready for the customers and he say not ready to the customer and the orders is just right on the small table. after ten minutes ,the customer check on the packet on the table and realize that, that is his orders. he turn angry and move off. as for mine is just a one item beef burger. it took me to wait around 25 min. OMG (nightmare) i discover that the cooking iron stove actually can cook 5-7 pieces burgers meats at a time, but he only cook 3 at a time thus slower, and the whole orders waiting periods is longers i hope the management can look into it and educate the staff. My brother and I ordered a burger each, the spicy chicken burger and southern buttermilk chicken burger with cheesy fries and onion rings for sides respectively. The burgers were good. Tasty, fresh and the amount of sauces was just nice aka it wasn’t messy or overflowing. The spicy chicken was 4/5, and the buttermilk chicken was 4.5/5 (could be higher if the sauce was warm). Tried their burger for the first time. Got the beef burger from Kent Ridge. Not bad, the vege is greener than McD and nicely presented. The burger was alright but what I like most was the sauce. Don’t think it’s mustard but it tasted good! It’s pricier - $8.90 for just a burger 🫤 The packaging looks vibrant but thought that it was a waste of paper as I dined in and the only time I touch it was when I opened it for the burger and when I threw it away.
