Prepare to wait 30mins for food and drinks (thats if there arent many custkmers ). Bring a book or Netflix. Hopeless service. The Staff are clueless here. One in particular is a dyed blonde pony tail indian girl who was extremely rude not responding to your attention. All staff here no smile, no motivation or drive, walking around slowly.

Extremely understaffed. Kitchen it yhe worse. Incredibly slow.

The management here doesn't care for feedback despite years of complaint from other customers here regarding the same issues. Zero staff training and customer care.

Many better places to go. Don't be tricked by the decor and view it is not worth it.

The best part is they say there is a 90mins dining time but food takes at least 30mins to arrive....

I am searching if it is possible to report this restaurant to authorities such as case or nea for having such horrific service. Should be illegal...

One star rating because the service is just beyond what words can described.

Year on year this place doesn't fail in disappointment. My review 1 year is still valid 1 year later. This is a magical place where disappointment is the only thing that is on time and consistent.

Just came today on Sunday for brunch. Smoked salmon sandwich - 45mins to arrive and they put the entire sandwich in the oven 🤣🤣🤣 . Smoked salmon become baked salmon crumbling out of sandwich.

Bravo 👏 👏 👏 Staff clueless as usual which is expected. Asked 3 times about why my order was taking so long when my partner food had already arrived. Blank stare from staff for 1 min and walk away. Haha.

There are no managers, leadership, or any organization at this place.

They’ve kinda revamped the place and the menu some what I think since I’ve been there last year. Wanted some light dinner but in the end it tastes very greasy and heavy. The all day breakfast had many choices from vegetarian to meat selections. But main course felt like same old ones I’ve eaten before, so we decided to try the all day brekkie.

The eggs were well made, creamy, fluffy and tasted good. but i think the supplier for the sausage, bacon & chicken cutlet need to be changed. The sausage was flavorless, tastes like blended chicken skin, yucks. The turkey bacon just not great. Probably it’s all halal that’s why such choices but the supplier needs to be revamped. Chicken cutlet no, dry and over cooked. Probably better to give chicken tenders.

The waffle was nice and crispy outside fluffy inside. Salad can give a bit more. Cherry Tomato on the vine only like 2, a bit measly. If you’re paying full price for this you have every reason to roll your eyes. Instead of sliced mushrooms they should have grilled whole button mushrooms.

Service is so-so, I don’t understand why the staff are sweeping the floor when customers are trying to enjoy a dining experience. Is it to signal it’s time for us to leave? It’s not even closing time and there’s not many customers on a weekday. But attitude is friendly and helpful.

Atmosphere is alright, I think they re-did the chairs, it feels new. On the whole I might go back again if I’ve in the vicinity but probably choose items without sausage, no bacon and no chicken as those...

Utterly disappointing experience at the newly renovated outlet. It’s a shame that the only positive point is the decor but everything else failed.

Food took so long to be served. Only one of the mains was served after about 40 mins. Ordered a starter but it arrived much later than 2 out of 4 mains ordered. The other 2 mains which were steak, took forever to arrive. Asked 2 service staff to check but they didn’t get back to us when the food would be ready and just continued with whatever they were doing earlier. No initiative, couldn’t care less!

The last 2 mains, which were the steaks, were mixed up, doneness wise. One of them had a strand of long, black hair, EWWW!!! Alerted one of the staff, who took the strand of hair to the kitchen, no apology at all! Then another staff came to apologise and asked if we wanted a replacement to which we declined as we reckoned it might take another 40 mins or so to be served. No thanks! We told him to waive it from the bill. We also had to cancel our dessert orders as we’re sick and tired of their waiting game.

Clearly, the staff seriously need proper training. We’re not sure if most of them were part-timers or whether there weren’t any managers on duty but by the level of service they provided, it’s highly likely that that’s the case.
