Review for Food:

Curry Zazzle Baked Rice It was very underwhelming and disappointing. The curry was not served as portrayed in the picture provided in the menu, some pieces of the chicken was warm and not hot for a curry baked rice, the rice was hard and translucent which meant that it was undercooked.

Hawaiian Supreme Pizza The pizza was unevenly cooked for a pan-baked pizza, the dough was undercooked on one half and the other half was perfectly cooked. Not sure hows that even possible.

Baked Pasta Chicken Royale The pasta was 80% plain due to the lack of sauce included in the dish and the roasted chicken served in the dish also had a sour and icky aftertaste.

Review for Service:

The staff were definitely seen trying their best to accommodate to the customers however, the staff could be better trained in their service abilities and communication within the team as it was noticed that they were all over the place when it came to serving.

We understand that this outlet’s service crew consists of servers with special needs. It would be better if it was stated somewhere such that we would be informed and be more understanding towards the staff as we had only found out near the end when we made payment and saw the donation box which was a slight hint but it was still oblivious to many.

Overall:

We were not satisfied with our experience dining at this outlet but we hope that our feedback provides a platform for improvement and we believe that the service and standard for food can be on par as all the other outlets we have dined at so please JIAYOU...

On the 13 Jan 25, 6:15pm I came with my partner to have her favourite dish which was the curry zazzles, Everything was quite alright at first. We ordered the meal for 2.

This the list 2x ice lemon tea 👌🏻 2x Soup of the day - Great. 1x Beef lasagne - Bad, very bad 1x Curry zazzles - Soso (Compass one was better)

The service was exceptionally good, the staff even help us took a photo. Which was not what i would expect from pizza hut. so kudos to that staff.

Throughout our meal, i noticed there a man sitting the middle of the restaurant, he was wearing KFC shirt, so i would assume his the store manager/AM. Thus, he was shouting over the phone regarding about what i hear was work related. He was so loud and really really ruined the experience for customer that are in the restaurant.

2nd, there was this lady coming in around 6:40pm wearing a black dress with extremely heavy perfume smell, and which i say extremely it really is. Me and my partner were just covering our nose to avoid it.

3rd, the lasagne was just purely watery… basically i just ate a “soup lasagne” the skin was mushy and soft, which is not supposed to be this way..

Overall the experience was pretty negative.. i would not come back to try again at...

We had a wonderful pizza making workshop held at Pizza Hut Harbourfront yesterday. The staff ( shoutout to Jay, Sofia, Jian Hui and team) at this outlet were a delight, going out of their way to ensure accessibility and inclusion for our participants. Their genuine enthusiasm made our experience truly memorable. It’s heartening to learn this outlet is also an inclusive workplace that hire staff with special needs.

Our workshop lead Jim was engaging and used his creativity to modify his usual operation modus to better cater to our added needs. We appreciate his thoughtfulness and generosity (giving us extra freebies and Pizza Hut memorabilia).

Food was delicious, serving was generous and served promptly after the workshop. The outlet was well laid out and gave enough space for a wheelchair user to move around easily.
