I don't usually do reviews as I've been experiencing up and downs of pizza hut for years but this easily took the cake amongst all the bad experiences from pizza hut. I ordered 3 items, a Hawaiian supreme pizza, curry chicken pizza and 10 piece sweet and spicy drumlets.
While the order did arrive on time or rather, earlier than the time stated (Meant to arrive at around 5:37, arrived at around 5:30)
The quality of the food was atrocious, note that there was no special orders at all.
The curry chicken was missing 90% of it's "Spicy Curry Chicken Chunks" there was some chicken meat sure, but the chunks there was none at all. My mom isn't a fan of cheese but this was an exception for her but the cheese on it normally would be just nice or not too much, this time there was too much cheese, the overwhelming taste of cheese and the lack of spicy curry chicken chunks made her felt unwell from eating it
2.The Hawaiian supreme normally has just enough pineapple, not too much, not too little, this was absolutely destroyed with pineapple chunks in the middle, yes there's some pineapple distributed around the pizza, but the amount of the pineapple in the middle was over the top, there was also not enough ham chunks from the normal/average amount.
3.While this might have been a stock island wide issue but, you'd think that a newly opened store would have Cheese sachet available but no, they don't either.
Many things made this order the most horrible experience of ordering from pizza hut ever, I would not recommend anyone from ordering/buying from this outlet if possible until they've improved or changed, I can't believe I'd say this but I'd rather my pizza arrive late prepared with quality and fresh, than having a mess of a quick job for...
Read moreHad ordered directly from Pizzahut on 10/8/25 at 5pm (est delivery was 5.36pm). The order came almost 2hrs late. Food came cold. The food panda deliveryman confessed & apologised that he dropped some of the orders. He offered to compensate & i rejected. I told him nicely that I’ll return the order to the branch myself as the food is already cold & looked messed up. I’ll be asking for a refund instead.
At the branch, I was rejected of my refund by the staff in charged. Initially i was told to just accept my cold pizzas & they will deliver the sides to me, which i rejected. It was already 8+pm & the kids hv school the next day. Eventually the staff told me he will redo the order another day & deliver it to us. He told us to bring the cold pizzas home (without any of the sides) as not to waste food. We accepted the offer.
So I arranged for the order to be delivered today (24/8/25) at 5pm via the branch’s whatsapp contact given to me by the staff. The order arrived late at 5.50pm, with 2 missing items-Hot honey wings & hersey’s chocolate chip cookie. The delivery guy told me the missing order will arrive by 7pm…
Not only was there missing items, the hawaiian sour dough Pizza was burnt, dry & tough- I had to throw it away. I whatsapped the outlet to feedback.
By 7pm, the missing order did not arrive. I whatsapped the outlet again & this time i realised I was blocked..
I had been ordering from Pizzahut all these years & this is definitely the worst experience I had with Pizzahut.
I don’t think my missing orders will ever come. Can someone pls contact me regarding the refund for the missing items & possibly the sourdough...
Read moreI had ordered pizza and other food from Tampines Greenview outlet.
I was supposed to pickup my items at 5.40. I reached there at 5.30 and asked the store manager whether my order was done yet, and he told me to sit and wait. By 5.50, the store was quite packed with people waiting for their orders. I asked him again whether my order was ready, and he told me to wait again, both times without looking at me.
After waiting for a grand half an hour, my order was finally ready at 6pm. When I asked him for serviettes, he pointed to an almost empty box in front of the cashier. I told him that they're running out of serviettes and those were not enough for me. He then grabbed and crumpled two paper towels from the side and threw it in front of the cashier non-chalantly. Our interaction was brief but during the whole time, there wasn't eye-to-eye contact at all and he seemed not to bother at all.
When I brought the food back, the 12p snack box had winglets that were uncooked (see attached picture, which looks totally different from their adverts). The pizza also didn't taste good at all.
The service was as bad as the food. Pizza Hut has really dropped a lot in terms of standards. I think this would be the last time I'd order...
