Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Singapore

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut in Wisteria Mall, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish!

The food, as always, was delicious and lived up to Pizza Hut's reputation. Our pizzas were perfectly cooked with generous toppings, and the sides were fresh and tasty.

What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by Rina and her team. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Rina was incredibly attentive, ensuring our orders were taken promptly and accurately. She and her team were efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were quick to clear tables, and check in on us without being intrusive. Their professionalism and positive attitudes really stood out.

It's clear that Rina leads a well-coordinated and dedicated team who genuinely care about providing a great dining experience. Their hard work and excellent customer service made our meal even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend visiting Pizza Hut at Wisteria Mall, especially if you appreciate great food coupled with top-notch service. A big thank you to Rina and her entire team for making our visit so memorable! We'll definitely...

First up, do understand that this store of theirs is more a click-and-collect store, which explains their many promos for takeaways. Don't expect full table service unless you want to pay for service charge or go to the one at Northpoint City. That say, all my dining in and takeaways experiences have been very good. I found the staff very responsive and helpful during the three occasions I dined in. I ordered via the PH App always, and the pizza and sides are always ready before the time stayed in the app

As they get many delivery orders from FP and Grab, do come off peak or just before peak hours la. It's really not their fault if there are many delivery orders and that they have to attend...

IT was truly exceptional, and a big part of that was the outstanding service. Server Ms RINA and the TEAM , it was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They offered fantastic recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the afternoon. The STAFF was so..... welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Their attentiveness and genuine care truly elevated our dining experience.".
