The boneless chicken is so oily and the staff there gathering, talking with each other.....I ordered thru apps but still they have not prepared my order untill I told them about my order and shown my order number on my handphone. Went online to order again on 10/3/24 for lunch and the service is extremely slow and chaotic, also i found a strand of hair on one of the wing in harbanero mango sauce, this is very unacceptable, can the management do something about the hygienic preparation of the food. Pls make all the staff who's doing the preparation of food to wear hair net. Ordered online again on 29/12/24 @ 7.02 pm, the hijab Malay lady busy packing orders and ignoring me standing infront of her, she should at least asked me if anything she can help instead ingnoring me, luckily I asked the other lady at the cashier counter if not I have to keep on waiting if my order is ready to be collected. Read moreService wise, could be one of the worst ones I'd ever encountered. 12 Feb. No system in preparing food. Orders behind me collected before me. Enquired about my order and it was stacked somewhere cause delivery riders are standing at collection point rushing staff preparing food. 3 staff working but only 1 guy working to rush the orders. Was suddenly informed my order needs another 10 minutes to prepare 1 more item. Decided to ask and cancel order and refund instead cause waiting time was ridiculous. Was told manager was informed in a non apologetic manner to assist. Waited for another 5 to 7 mins, enquired how long more do I need to wait. Was told that manager was busy, wait for the item to be prepared, collect it and go.
Understand that CNY orders can be overwhelming and it's always fine to wait longer for orders to be fulfilled but today's encounter clearly shows a lack of system or simply couldn't be bothered representing of attitude by ground staff.

The attitude and facial reaction shows everything. If you don't like your job then jolly well quit and find another industry, don't stay with this attitude and make the company name look bad. You are being paid to fulfill your job, so do it properly!! Don't tell me this kind of attitude wingstop training or management teaches you to serve customers! The problem with wingstop management they dont provide a nametag to wear on their uniform.
