Popeyes — Restaurant in Singapore

I had an amazing experience at Popeyes today. I ordered a takeaway, consisting of a Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo Meal and a 3pc Tender Combo meal. When my order number was called, it was plated like a Dine-In order. I then asked the staff to help me pack it up into a takeaway bag, as I ordered takeaway not a dine-in order. Once the order is packed, I double checked and I realised that 3 tenders were missing from my order. Then I was reimbursed my delicious tenders which I paid $6.50 for. When I was about to leave, I realised that one sauce was missing as well, so I asked them for my sauce. When I reached home and checked again, 2 biscuits, condiments and utensils were also missing. I think Popeyes is very environmentally friendly as they do not want to waste resources! But I also want to eat my biscuits, so I’m writing a review here because I want my 2 biscuits back. Thank you Popeyes I love your food very much it’s so yummy but don’t get my order wrong...

The Malay lady manager was kind at first when she asked me to do the review. After I did a good review. Her attitude changed completely when I asked for special request to change my meal. She shouted at customer and reluctant to help. And she spoke in Malay to her staff which I don't understand. I feel this is not right. I must said one of the male crew was polite and kind to accede to my request. i really cannot imagine how a manager manner is worst then his staff. I was so thankful to this staff. I was in the restaurant on 16/7 at 645pm.

And i paid 30 cents for no ice for my milo but when I reached home. There was ice inside my milo.

Lastly, they asked me to do review to get a complimentary cheese fries in google. I did the review but end up they didn't give me the complimentary...

Extremely Disappointed and Not Worth the Price

I used to really enjoy Popeyes, especially their classic chicken sandwich, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I paid $17.90 for what turned out to be a ridiculously small, skinny piece of chicken easily 70% skin and only about 30% actual meat. It honestly felt like a joke. The bun bigger than the meat for that price point LOL..

To make things worse, the mac and cheese side came cold, and the portion was tiny. For the price, the value and quality were just unacceptable.

This experience has really changed my perception of Popeyes. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again anytime soon.
