The staff here have a pretty bad attitude... I ordered my food at the cashier directly and the cashier didn't even look at me he just keyed in my order and gave me the receipt. In fact, when I forgot to take the buzzer he looked slightly irritated? The servers were also pretty irritated when they were bringing out the food except for this one old lady that was extremely apologetic?

I was here on 14/12 and I waited 35 mins for my food. It was 1pm and there wasn't such a huge crowd but I saw one of the servers chase out customers who were drinking their coffee? The table next to me also witnessed this and left demanding a refund.

The food here is not bad I guess but it's just that for food coming out of a microwave (I ordered lasagna) , I expect it to not take as long as 35 mins?

I actually travelled all the way to tai seng because I heard this place is pretty quiet and relaxing and the food is not bad. Yet I was disappointed, slightly angered and even stressed out having my meal there because the staff here are quite aggressive and rude, the waiting time is unnecessarily long and the food doesn't match up to all the good reviews I've seen.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the dining experience my family had at your restaurant on Friday 12 July. Despite having high expectations, the quality of the food and service fell significantly short.

I ordered two sets of burgers with truffle fries, and I was extremely disappointed with the fries. They had an overwhelming taste resembling petrol, indicating that the truffle oil used was very stale. This made the fries entirely inedible and detracted significantly from the meal.

Additionally, my husband ordered the laksa, which was also disappointing . The dish was bland and did not resemble the taste of authentic local laksa, failing to meet the standard one would expect from your restaurant.

What compounded my disappointment was the lack of service recovery. Despite voicing my concerns, there were no efforts made by the staff to address or rectify the situation, which was quite...

Looks decent from outside, but service is super slow. It took about 30 minutes from payment to get this pasta beef stew that was very blend. Also it was part of S$15 Lunch Special that included a coffee and salad. However I was served only a spoon and knife to eat it with, and for me thats not how to eat pasta or salad, fork is quite essential. When I ordered the lunch set, there was only few customers inside and no one was seemingly waiting for food. Immedialty after me there was handful of customers and at least one ordered same as me. He got his food at least 10 minutes before me. With very limited selection of lunch menu specials, how can it take 30 mins during lunch when its not even busy at all. This was my double visit here, first ans last. Definitely not worth the 15 dollars. And coffee was also...
