Nestled in a quiet Woodlands industrial area, this stall offers spacious and airy dining areas on a Sunday afternoon.
We chose the Seafood Claypot Porridge and explored the fridge for add-on raw dishes, priced from $2.80 to $8.80.
The complimentary condiment section offered various options to customise our sauces. There is also refillable broth. The claypot is served on top of a burning charcoal flame burner! š„
š² The seafood broth already included generous seafood, but the fresh prawns prompted us to order more. As we cooked the broth with our chosen ingredients, the flavours intensified, creating a rich and personalised experience. Towards the end of our meal, we added rice to transform the broth into a hearty and flavorful porridge.
The broth seemed to have been simmered for an extended period using pork bones, resulting in a deep, briney, satisfying flavour.
