Chanced upon this place while I was heading towards Badoque. Seeing Badoque was full house, I decided to give this new joint a try. Ambience is nice and kind of modern simplistic vibes and well lighted.
For a small location, I am amazed that they can serve western food i.e. burgers, finger food, pasta and “rice dishes” like Nasi Padprik. Small choices in each category but somehow the limited menu “covers the ground” for me.
The young owner and staff are friendly. Even though they are almost full house when I was seated, my order of Philly Cheesesteak, Buffalo Wings and Toko Burger came at a reasonable time frame of 10-15 minutes after my Sirap Limau.
The Philly Cheesesteak and Toko Burger are accompanied with a generous portion of hot crinkle cut fries. Both main course and side dish portions are reasonable and can leave you full. No effort was spared into small details like how well the buttered buns were lightly toasted before serving, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese (?) truffle (?) on the buffalo wings and a tweak into the that sweet chilli sauce which gave a nice “twang” to it. Its all these small details that matters. The Owners even checked on us asking how was the food which is a rarity for a makan place at Simpang.
They have a hand washing area at the back which is equipped with proper soap not diluted soap found at other eateries. Didn’t used the toilet though.
The cost of my meal is quite reasonable. It fell below my wife and I mental estimation so thats a pleasant surprise. They accept PayNow. Not sure on other payment methods such as NETS or Pay Wave cos I didn’t saw those machines at their minimalist cashier which consists of just an iPad and a receipt printer.
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at this new eatery. Nice and spacious ambience, no blasting music, clean hand washing area, friendly staff and Owner. I strongly recommend Supper Deck and will...

It's like two dishes in one. Very satisfying
From the Western Deck we ordered the GRILLED ATLANTIC SALMON $17.90 USDA 250G RIBEYE $28.50 For each of these, you get two sides to go with it.
We loved the Grilled Salmon that is grilled to perfection with crispy skin The USDA Ribeye is the Gem here, you can taste the good quality beef, totally worth the price
From the ASIAN Deck we ordered the NASI GORENG SUPPER DECK $13.90 This is their signature dish here, we recommend if you are here for the first time, go for this. They can increase the spiciness if you prefer, really packed a punch.
Next, go for their MEE GORENG SEAFOOD DELUXE $10.90 Add on an egg Pattaya for +$1.50 You get lots of seafood fried in a special sauce which is slightly spicy and sweet at the same time.
Overall a very enjoyable dining experience, with a chilled environment, and affordable prices. There are many dishes we wanted to come back and try. Chef told me he has previously worked in several famous western dining restaurants as well as Japanese restaurants. So he makes it a point to only use quality ingredients for his dishes.

Read moreWhat a delightful accidental walkabout find this is. We're new to the neighbourhood and this side of the island so we thought let's explore the options at this rustic charming area of Bedok. They weren't even filled with diners yet but somehow upon looking at the mouthwatering attractive fusion menu, and with our kids' agreement, we decided to give it a try. And what a fortuitous choice it turned out to be.
Now, let's begin with the name - Supper Deck. While intrigued it was my wife who guessed and got it right. When read and rolled around the tongue fast it sounded like 'sapadek' or eat or makan in Tamil :). I was already sold to and completely charmed over its creative spin ingenuity. Hafiz, who served us, was not only wonderfully affable and helpful but was ready to humour our many inquiries and call for recommendations. From the special teh tarik — a house special combining Thai tea with the classic mamak pulled tea — to the Nasi Goreng Slow Cooked Beef Brisket we were not only wonderfully pleased but they struck and pulled the happy strings in our equally happy satiated bellies. The homemade spices infused and the sambal belachan served are not only punchy with the right amount of heat but are absolutely spot on in authentic flavours. My daughter immediately declared and gushed that her choice of Philly Cheese Steak is a so sedap winner. The divine balance of good cheddar cheese with sliced Australian beef is really good. She also liked the robust iced coffee they served.
All in all it is just a fantastic casual sapadek place. Chillax and unpretentious it may be tucked at the far corner but looking at the regulars who later populated the joint you should too. For sure we will be returning for...
