0 star if i could, literally terrible service. i was more than polite and apologetic when asking about booking timings and whether possible to cancel, but the staff (an auntie) was so rude and sarcastic. she gave unfriendly glares and even made dismissive comments about us to her colleague right in front of us, mumbling stuff implying we were irresponsible or wtv i cant bother to listen. attitude and speaking bad in front of customers?? seriously??? this was honestly so shocking and completely unprofessional. when calling to book — the same staff, i believe, was very impatient and demanding over the phone. whole experience ruined our night, completely unacceptable customer service, never visiting this...

Poor, Rude and Unfriendly Customer Service:

When we arrived to ask about a shorter karaoke session and mentioned a possible cancellation in a polite manner, the staff member (seems like the manager of the outlet) scoffed while speaking to her colleague. The staff was also very impatient and sarcastic when answering our queries. While we understand not all requests can be accommodated, the reactions felt unprofessional and dismissive.

We decided not to proceed with the booking. I hope this feedback encourages more respectful customer service...

Affordable karaoke at a convenient location. Sound quality was good and the room was clean. There are a lot of song options and if they don't show up, you can easily queue them from YouTube on the KTV's device. Staff was efficient and friendly, it was easy to make a reservation and this branch has more availability than the ones at the south.
