SK 7 Star Ambur Biriyani

We recently visited SK 7 Star Biryani near Ambur, restaurant ambience was quite comfortable, providing a pleasant setting. We ordered mutton biryani, which was subtly flavoured without an overpowering use of masala. The mutton was well-cooked and tender, making it easy to eat, and we happily finished the full bowl, as it struck a perfect balance of flavour without being too heavy. We also ordered mutton Sukka and requested it to be served dry. The Sukka was delicious, with tender mutton cooked to perfection and fried with onions. The cost of the meal was reasonable and truly worth it for the quality of food served. A special thanks to SK 7 Star for providing us with a satisfying lunch after a long drive from Mysore to Chennai. Initially, we had considered dining at Ahmedia near Vaniyambadi, but our past experience there included long waiting times, substandard food quality, prices not matching the quality, and unresponsive staff. This time, we decided to skip Ahmedia and try a different restaurant, and we're so glad we stepped...

But what truly stole the show was the food. I ordered the signature Ambur Biryani, and it was love at first bite! The flavors were rich and complex, with the perfect balance of spices. The rice was cooked to perfection, and the meat was tender and juicy.

The service was top-notch as well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

I just had the famous 5 star briyani and I must say the taste lives up to the hype. The briyani was delicious and the meat so tender it made my travel from Chennai worthwhile. The service was excellent the hotel was clean, neat and well maintained. We were very well attended by Suresh and Usma, they were very friendly and made us welcome and provided valuable menu suggestions. We also had the pleasure of meeting the chef Irfan Bhai and thanked him for the wonderful tasty Briyani.
