They accepted the takeaway order and after that after we called them they tried to do everything to cancel it. Thankfully my fiancee speaks Slovak fluently and she managed to get us the ordered pizzas. However, the driver was so unpolite that on every try to speak English with him he reacted with anger and even if my fiancee was speaking Slovak he reacted nervously. We had to go for a 10 minute walk to the nearest hotel as our place of stay was not already given adress, so that’s okay but the driver wasn’t there waiting even though he told us that he will be waiting there. He was on the main road and when we called him that we are in front the hotel, he drove there furiously almost hitting us. When we got the pizzas he told us that we should be glad that he brought us the pizzas and we should try to improve our Slovak. Gorgeous place, food was unlike anything I've had before. Unfortunately, when taking a smoke break, I ran into some local thugs who held me for ransom. Nikdy viac neobjednavajte prosim a venujte svoju podporu inému podniku. Obrovské sklamanie na amatérskej úrovni. Potrebne zaškoliť personal či čašníkov tak aj kuchárov, dal som podniku šancu aj osobne aj cez bistro no viacnasobne sklamanie. V minulosti tam vedeli aspoň čapovať ale dnes tam nečakajte už nič dobrého. Taktiež určite neodporúčam spotené hrianky s kúskami masa, teda oni to volajú “tatarak”. Je to úbohosť za ktorú by som sa hanbil do konca života pýtať si vôbec peniaze. Dostanete k tomu zapareny sladký sendvič opečeny z jednej strany, tým že to je mäkký spoteny sendvič nedokážete ho ani potreť cesnakom lebo sa vam samozrejme roztrhá. (Áno dá sa zabezpečiť prevoz pečiva k tataraku aj bez zaparenia amatérsky ubožiaci) Hmota ,teda to “maso” prechutene a prehorcicovane aby nebolo cítiť ozaj ani jemne tu hmotu ktorú volajú maso + aby nebolo malo narazíte na viac kusov masa nepokrajaneho/nepomleteho či inak spracovaného, proste amaterizmus a osflaknutie.(Bolo mi povedane: oni ho takto krajaju takto to oni robia). Podávane v troch drobných kôpkach a farbou masa ako umelá noha. Nikdy viac. Hnus a odpad, nedal by som to zjest ani najväčšiemu nepriateľovi. Po komunikácii s prevackovatelkou mi bolo povedane - takto to my pripravujeme deal with it. Tuposť a sprostosť ľudí v tomto podniku ma nikdy viac neprekvapila.
