I had one of the most disappointing and frankly shocking experiences at this establishment. Upon arriving, we were unable to sit down because a staff member had covered the tables with sandwiches meant for other guests. When I tried to place an order, I was abruptly told I had to wait until she finished putting away over 200 sandwiches because they needed to be refrigerated—something that should never interfere with serving walk-in customers.
What made the situation worse was the completely unprofessional behavior from the manager on duty. Rather than offering any courtesy or explanation, she raised her voice and told me to “wait my turn,” despite there being no other customers in line. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and it left a lasting negative impression.
This type of treatment is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the management. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and addresses the customer...

I had a truly disappointing experience at Eat&Fly. To begin with, everything is severely overpriced for what they offer. The food is clearly cooked from frozen, and there is absolutely no effort to make it taste fresh or appealing. When I asked the waiter a simple question at the table, she rudely turned around and walked away. When I confronted her about it, she curtly replied that I needed to order at the bar—completely unprofessional behavior.
I was also appalled when I tried to inquire about food options for kids that weren’t frozen, and the only things she could name were pizza and chips—both obviously made from frozen products. The lack of care for both the food quality and customer service is astounding. If you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience or even halfway decent food, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Eat&Fly is not worth your...
Read moreLet's face the facts. You only eat or drink here because you have to kill some time when your flight is delayed. There is no other reason and should not be. Then you fly away and never return. The owner and the staff know this very well and base their business model on this assumption. They set the quality of their service and food based on the fact that you have no other choice within the limited offer of the Bratislava airport. They do the strict legal minimum. So if you are brave, resist the temptation and do not order anything in this place. You will thus contribute in making this world a little bit better. Consuming here, on the contrary, will make you unhappy and angry. Judging a whole country on basis of this restaurant would be unjust. If you had an otherwise positive experience in Slovakia, keep it and don't let this place spoil it. So instead of eat&fly!,...
