Pizza Carla — Restaurant in Bratislava

We really loved this restaurant in the past and we were there very often or we were ordering deliveries home. One day they changed the pasty for pizza and since then with every visit or order became bad experience, higher prices, longer waiting times and absolutely worst for us is the service. They are just so no flexible and anything out of standard is no for them. I ordered time to time something from them, but after today’s experience I completely finished with Carla. We ordered delivery and if they confirmed 1,5 hour waiting time we decided to pick up the food. In two minutes time we decided, that if we are going to pick it up we could straight away take a seat there so we called them back to confirm we will eat ordered meat there. That was not an option at all as they are not doing such a service. So we cancelled the order completely a went to diff restaurant. I could understand if they explain why are they can not to serve us, but that was simple no and unfortunately this kind of ferling from them I have all the time we deal with them anything. They are just to high and somehow without any needs to satisfied...

The pizza is great as is the other italian food. The drinks are a bit overpriced and delivery can take a long time and they claim free delivery sometimes but charge you for the box which is just silly and misleading and it can take a lot of time sometimes. Sometimes the staff isn't the best either but it's ok mostly. Parking is super easy and the place is accessible. Again great food, great parking, sometimes misleading delivery, not great staff and maybe a bit overpriced drinks. The absolute worst thing is that you can only pay with cash and they only bother to tell you later. Come on it is the 21st century. There is one - exactly 1 - ATM at the mall and it will charge for a withdrawal unless it is your bank - VUB/Intesa San Paolo. The mushroom soup had huge pieces of mushrooms in it, it was very uncomfortable to eat. It tasted very very heavy and had an unpleasant color. Coffees have been served with water, but it the new fashion they do not add cinnamom powder at the top of your capuchino. The food waitress confused our meals and could not differentiate between them. The pasta was overly flavoured with strong dried tomatoes and heavy from the cream. The restaurant itself is quiet spacious with loads of sitting space with 2 entraces - 1 from the shopping mall and one from outside. It is nice to see open pizza area amd tables for 6. It might be a place, where you get a coffee in between shopping but do not expect an evening dining. Pizzas...
