IRON CLUB — Restaurant in Košice

It's a really-really good restaurant. We wanted to go somewhere else, but it was full, so we choose random an another restaurant. Iron Club was near by our hotel.

The food was delicious and it had really big size. I very rarely eat such amazing food in a restaurant.

The service was friendly and fast. There was a young waiter, he helped us so much. He spoke not just english, but german with Vienna accent. He was really helpful and kind.

I have just one problem with this place, they haven't got a menu in another languages. I had to use a translator, because I didn't understand anything. But it wasn't a big problem, it was an interesting experience.

I'd go back anytime if I'm back in Košice.

Disappointed overall.. Meals were great, so this was pleasing. Its has potential, but all other details went wrong for visit today. Insite over 40 degree's, air-conditioning not working or not used. Second kid corner you need to pay 2 euro, even you are customer there. First one close to main door, where the smoking place is.. Not best, otherwise well equipped. Stuff was not able to order us drinks, not even asked us at all. I have been ordering beer and coffee for 2 hours, took us asking 5 times, 3 waiters.. Final took over hour after last ask.. Simple tragic and unacceptable service. So strongly suggesting to find better options at Košice and skip...

Happy to found this place. The locals celebrated the Father's Day and the place was full of well dressed children, parents etc. It was nice to watch them even though we didn't understand a word. The staff was really busy but our male waiter was shining. We were told that it takes an hour to get the food, but it took only 15 minutes. The food was super delicious: creamy mushroom soup the best ever, grilled chicken plate so great and hot hallonberris with vanilla ice cream...
