Awful experience, nobody sat me down for several minutes despite acknowledging my presence, they just looked at me and there was not even one smile. Then the male waiter annoyingly showed me a table, as if I was meant to do that spontaneously from the start. When I sat down he chose to do everything else except from taking my order. He said “sorry” twice but never came to my table, although the restaurant was really small and there weren’t that many tables to serve. I waited several minutes and left. We were here for New Years. The guy taking orders was rude and getting annoyed by people ordering food. There were around 20 of us there and he didn't issue an invoice to anyone, and refused to take card payment even though there is an POS terminal. As required by Slovakian law, they need to issue an invoice, which they didn't. When asked about invoice, he said: 'No bill, cash cash' Also 7€ for a measly piece of strudla. Would not recommend to visit this money grabbing...

Very nice place to go and have some traditional meal. I recommend it to everyone as it tastes delicious. Reason for 4 stars is higher prices and not everything is served in traditional mugs. I lacked traditional music when sitting outside as well. Aesthetics like traditional tables and chairs were also missed. Waiters are dressed accordingly, but could have friendlier approach.
