We had a lovely time there. We were welcomed with a bottle of red wine – a very nice gesture. We had a 4-nights stay in a family apartment. The apartment was very spacious, cozy, clean and well equipped. Large comfortable bed in the bedroom, nice bedding, tv, wardrobe, table and armchairs, bedside cabinets, balcony with chairs and a table. Separate kitchen/dining room with a dining table and sofa. Very good Wi-Fi signal on site. Private parking on the hotel premises with the gates closed for the night. The area around the hotel looks amazing – perfection and attention to details visible everywhere! My husband says that Real Madrid would envy if they saw the grass over here J . There is also a playground for children, barbeque area and a restaurant. After a day full of exercise in the mountains, you can relax at a Finnish sauna, which is on site, and/or have a massage. The sauna is new, clean, with a shower and chill-out area and it is very nice-looking. You can have privacy there, as you can book it for yourself only. Massage done by Mrs. Ania is really worth to be recommended! My husband and I were very satisfied with it –not a stroking but a proper massage - full professionalism.
Breakfasts included in the price were delicious, every day you could find something new, including tasty desserts and fresh fruits. Delicious coffee served by the friendly owner – Filip. Filip is the greatest asset of the hotel – he is very open, helpful, positive and creates a lovely atmosphere. Filip – thank you for your outstanding hospitality, we will...
Read moreWe came here because my wife did a concert in the Red Monastery, five minutes away from this hotel. We were greeted very personally and friendly by the owner. The parking was free, safely on the property and ample. The hotel and the room are brand new, extremely clean and styled in a modern, warm manner. Everything was there, tea and kettle in the room, towels, soap hair dryer etc. The bed was big and in combination with the crisp, clean white sheets it was just a joy to sleep there. We were on the the street side, but even with the window open, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast in the morning ran from 7.30 to 9, and was straightout luxurious! The coffee machine with all your favorite coffees, the yoghurt buffet to slovakian sausages and fresh bread and juices: it was all amazing!
Lastly: the hotel owners are very much into music and art, and chose to fill the hotel and rooms with beautiful artworks of Slovak artist Rudolf Rabatin, which made the experience even better! In the room there was a book of the artist, so you could read up on the artworks.
We did not make use of the sauna/relax facilities, but I can only imagine that it is up to par with the rest of the hotel. In short: I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, quiet and luxurious hotel in this region. Thank you...
