big expectations, big disappointment. in the city center, the place looks really nice with a nice crowd of locals.. than comes the disappointing news.. the coffee is super average at best, milk is just flat, no foam, no volume.. no croissants... why invest so. much money in decor and architecture, then fail so miserably with your offering. it really is a shame.. the place has potential, but lacks in execution....
I also completely disagree with the Response from the Owner. The surrounding bakeries are cheap Šiptar-style bakeries which may sometimes provide some awfully bad croissants. Not to mention.. as a customer I would feel embarrassed to bring my own food to their cafe... Why not bring pizza too ? It's like saying .. why the heck do the restaurants offer coffee after you've had lunch? Why don't they tell you to walk to a cafe across the street as they are unwilling to serve coffee. Seeing the owner's mindset, I can only wish them good luck with the business. It's a real shame for a place...
