After hours on the road, we just wanted to eat and relax. Based on reviews we stopped at this place, expecting something great, but it was far from the expectations. We came to the terrace and waited to be seated. Both waitresses (male and female) went past us multiple times without acknowledging us, not even greeting. Few minutes went by, we were still standing there. We got frustrated and went inside gostilna to ask for at least explanation. After a little while we finally got a table. We weren't even seated, because no one of the staff was there to help. Let me remind you that they have a whole other room of tables, but they didn't want to open that place. When they noticed people were leaving, they opened the other room. The service was really slow, food is average and overpriced, portions are small. This isn't just our experience. People were left waiting, without even an explanation from the staff, the customers were ignored. I even saw a lady waiting and leaving because staff didn't say a word to her. A family with 2 small children came, and I felt really bad, because they were just standing there, feeling like idiots. I told them we were leaving and can have our table. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend this place. If you care about hospitality and quality food, this is not for you.
